Here’s What You Need to Know About Bloomingdale PTA’s 2025 Color Run

Get ready, Bloomingdale—one of the most exciting events of the year is almost here! The Bloomingdale PTA’s 2025 Color Run is back, and it’s bigger, brighter, and more fun than ever before. Not only is this event a day filled with laughter, music, and unforgettable memories, but it’s also one of our most important fundraisers. Every dollar raised helps us continue to support our students, teachers, and the incredible programs that make our district thrive.

🏃 How to Register

Everyone who wants to join in the fun must register, and we’ve made it easy:

Skip the Line: Register online before race day and save time.
Same-Day Registration: Opens at 8:30 AM. But don’t be late—the Color Run kicks off at 9:00 AM sharp!

Registration Types (Both $30 and include 1 free color packet)

Student Registration – Students get their own fundraising page and can earn awesome prizes. (Bloomingdale School District Students)
Non-Student Registration – Family, friends, and community members can join the fun too!

🎉 What to Expect at the 2025 Color Run

This year’s Color Run is designed for all ages, with activities and fun built in at every step. Here’s what’s waiting for you:

Two Courses:
- Mini Course for our youngest participants.
- Full Course with optional age-appropriate obstacles.
Four Color Blast Stations – Get showered with bright, happy clouds of color powder.
Live DJ – Keeping the energy high with upbeat music all morning long.
Photo Backdrop – Snap your best before and after shots to capture the memories.
Blowing Station – Clean off extra color before you head home.

🌟 Bloomingdale Student Challenge!

Students have 2 reasons to give it their all:

#1 👉 The top fundraising student in each school will get the chance to color blast their principal at the beginning of the event! 🎉💥 Now that’s a memory worth fundraising for!

#2 - Students can earn special rewards

Share your personal pledge page with friends and family via text, email and social media, collecting as many pledges as possible is the key to your success.
If you're able to collect donations off-line, that works too. Download a donation form and hand it to your student's school by September 4th.

Why is there a $30 fee for all participants?

A Color Runs is a brilliant choice for our district and significantly helps towards successfully reaching our fundraising goals. But this event does require a decent amount of planning, volunteers and necessary resources. The $30 fee helps cover the costs of hosting this large, colorful community event—so every participant is helping make the day possible.
